Our client brought together its 180 staff to find new ways to energise its business and asked us to facilitate.
Our team used our company innovation workshop program as the template for the facilitation.
Staff were divided into groups and given a particular part of the business to focus on. Using a mix of creativity tools, each group - from warehouse and operations to finance and sales - came up with more than 120 new ideas about how to innovate the business.
Crystal PR then categorised these and supervised the initial structure of an implementation and continuous feedback program. This has been followed with further work in developing shared values statements for the client and building corporate communications collateral encompassing the new ideas and concepts that were developed as a result.
